In your opinion, what makes an individual literate in media and information?

In my opinion, person who engage their selves in the digital world for example the Social Medias and being a blogger are what makes a person literate in media and information.

-Using Facebook for communicating and sharing information

-Using Youtube to be updated of what is happening in the world

-Using Google to attain information and making assignments
